man im gessing your pretty quick on your feet so doing the plyo will help out a bit......but if you want to see big gains you need to be able to make alot of force youv already got the speed so id say work on your strength base.

cuz you aint got the weights to do the novice weights program id say go with the bodyweight program its bloody hard but im sure it will work. i did the first week of it and its real hard it will realy show if your commited to improving your hops, but in the long run im sure it will work
and then afta you done the bodyweight program then your be able to start on the novice plyo

gud luck man hope it helps

hey man

What you need to do is get a good strength base first so if you got gym access then do novice weights, if you dont then do body weight.
The reason for this is that when you do weights it makes the long twitch fibers in your legs increas in mass and then once you have made a good strength base you can then start plyo.
plyo will make those long twitch fibers respond faster and helps your brain send signals to your legs to make them respond faster

soooooooooo

weights- increase mass of the fibers, power out put (the power your legs can put out per second), and size of your legs

plyometrics- increase speed your muscles respond at, and also help increase the time it takes to send signals from your brain to your legs

does this make sense??????? i hope so
let me know what you think

weight lifting does not create or make bigger fast twitch muscle fibers , isometrics and static stretches recruit unused fibers that you already had to make you faster and jump higher no one can create new fibers.
