Ok check it ou once again im 15 years old like 5 foot 7 round there weigh like 60kg's or so have a shockin standin vert of 17 and runnin like 21 or something i need my vert up real quick should i start squating or stick with the bigginers plyometrics vjb prgram im doin i need a high vert real quick but i dont care how long it takes me though i just want a vert thats high but atleast october or so what do you all say i should do and what will definetly work for me?

plz help me out

start doing some weights man if you got the vjb do the novice weights program or if you dont have weights do thebodyweight program.
if you have a good strength base lyk 1.5 or 2 tyms your bodyweight once you start plyometrivs your gains will be massive

Thx for the help man but whats gona help me gain quicker bdyweight or weights cause i aint got a lot of weights just 2 10kg each dumbbells which im not sure is enough and i aint dont any squatiin at all i dont think i have a good base but can u tell me what u think i should do exactly which1 exactly.

thnx for the options man really helps i'll keep u updated lil man (lol cant actually call u lil man ur younger but taller lol damn im short but i kno u aint as handsome as me so dats ok lol plzyin) laterz bro

Just one im using plyos i asked ppl about it like sari and he said i will get my gains 1-2 weeks after im done cuase it just seemed 2 easy for me.

hey lil saint i feel ya... i was all pissed cuz i didnt see results right away.... when ur done with the complete section u are doing rest about 5 days ....... then JUMP and u SHOULD the difference!!
