What do you do to get Pumped when you workout? I usually try to turn the heat up, Listen to some good tunes and just pump iron but lately ive found myself just quitting in the middle of my workouts and feeling weak. What should i do?

haaa... in my hood, its very, very competitive. If you don't work on getting better then you can't compete. If you can't compete then everybody thinks you an azzclown and wondering why you trying to play the game. So my ethic comes from knowing that if I want to stay on top in my hood then I got to work on it.

Music does the trick to keep you going. As for playing basketball, I'm always playing with the older guys that used to play at my school and are back from playing university and college ball. Trying to keep up with them keeps the intensity up.

Same problem as you. I would tell myself I would just have how many more sets or reps to go, and lie to my brain so I can continue working out.
