my worst is a torn tendon in my wrist. couldn't play for ages and it was seriously painful. I drove in to draw the foul on my shot but i took a real bad foul and went to the floor landing on my ankle which was slightly twisted. i didn't get up again for quite some time lol.
i have torn my gastrocnemeus as well. went to cross my defender changed pace and i heard it go. straight to the deck and on came the physio and all that. that was pretty bad too.
my worst as in annoying was when i was just pissing around before a training session. we were just having a 3v3 on a full court whilst the coach was on his way. anyway got into a fast break for the slam went up at full pace run swung on the rim but let go rather than hang on until i had slowed down. i ended up near enough flipping round and landing in a press up position on the floor. at first i thought it was funny but given 20 minutes my elbow had swollen massively to about the size of a small melon. i was out for 3 weeks just whilst the swelling went down. i couldn't straighten my arm for the entire 3 weeks and it was still pretty sore for a bit after. it wasn't a bad injury but it really did annoy me lol

Wow seems like all you guyz had some serious injury. I didnt broke anything in my life and i cant even remeber the last time i went to the doctor because of an ijury or because i was sick. My worst injury was probably a twisted ankle but it was nothing serious and it healed in a week and a half. oh and maybe that knee pain i feel someday because of aa3. Thats about it.

My worst was a couple months back. I decided to run a couple miles after not doing anything for a long time. Then I went up to the gym and played like 3 pickup games.

On the third game I came down from a rebound and landed on some gigantic lead-footed dude's foot. At the time I played through it because I've played through small stuff before.

Well my step-mom is a doctor and she said it was a level II ligament tear out of a possible three. I couldn't play at all for two weeks and it is still real stiff in the morning. But what she said to do was to stretch it out every day by drawing the alphabet with your foot. Just keep your leg still and use your toes like a pen to draw the shapes. That helped some.

Main thing you guys should know is that fatigue is the main cause of sports-related injuries. If you have to do cardio, do it after you play so you don't screw your ankle like mine.

My right eye had traumatic hyphema 2 yrs ago I didn't play for the rest of the 2nd season our high school played in. And during the first week of healing all I do is lie down in the bed cause my right eye was blind and by two months my right eye restored its normal vision although my right pupil will stay as it is which is not expanding or dilating anymore when the place gets darker. The good thing is I'm still able to play even though sometimes I wear goggles. My parents almost convinced me to stop playing because of that injury because the doctor told me if that happened again I'll have a high risk of developing glaucoma. But God healed my eye so I will still conitnue to pursue my dream of being a pro ball player for God's glory. Go laugh at me guys I don't care what you say to me but I'll play harder to achieve my dream!!!!!

My worst injury is probably nothing. There was bleeding inside the fingernail on my pinkie, so that's pretty disgusting. After the bleeding stopped then I started balling again, and it bled again.
