Default Strength or plyos?

Hey...for the summer i'm planning on doing a lot of lifting for upper and lower body...i was wondering what would be better: plyos (beginner VJB) or just a lower body strength program? I'm 14 and my vert is 26 inches...i've done plyos before but never completed the program. I don't know my max squat or clean or anything. thanks

well if you dont have enough strength then the plyos wont help as much so if you squat is 1.5 times your bodyweight then defiently do plyos but if its not then the plyos wont help as much

I suggest that u just focus of strength training for since u cant squat or deadlift 1.5 times ur body weight.
