Post What are YOUR goals in the summer???

School will be over in about a month (well I'm not sure about Australia or other countries, at least it is in America). Post your training schedule and your goals in the summer. It can be about vertical jumping, shooting, handling, strength training, agility and whatever you want.

Here are mine:
MAKE 200 threes/day
Alston's handling program
p90x strength training

That's it, I can't do any vertical training yet because my knees and my ankles.

Goals:
Above 60% three point shooter (right now my average is 46% in game)
Increase upper body strength significantly
Master as many streetball moves as I can

in the summer im gonna try to increase my vert by like 8 inches. also have 2 do some strngth training, and lots of small forward moves.

8 inches in 2 months? What programs will you do? I'm not doubting your ability and I hope it is possible.

gain 7 inches on vertical (im doing vjb weights and soon im going to add plyos)
get quicker first step
improve shooting form
become a better shooter on fadeaways
get more go to moves using the dribble

Conditioning for this bobcats tryout in august.
Im alittle over my basketball weight and that was a big issue last yr.

My personal goal is to make atleast 5 people fall this summer

Hmm i plan on incresing my vert this summer by at least 6-8 inches

i think i will start with 7 weeks of Air alert (b4 it get to stupid and over trained) just to get my body used to jumping and hopefully gain an inch or 2
than i am going to start the VJB Novice plyos with bodyweight strenth program.

hopefully i can acheive this.
Right now at 6'5" with 24 inch vert i can almost dunk just standing next to the rim (but sadly my running vert is so low i can only get up about 23 inch so still can't dunk)

my goals: grow to 6 foot, get crazier handles, start grabbing rim

My goals are:

jump rope-400 a day
200 push ups a day
skips dribbling every day
improve in these lifts- squat & DL from 325 to 425/bench from 205 to 245
be able to grab rim with 2 hands off 1 foot
shoot shoot shoot

in australia we have holidays at christmas coz thats when summer is here. but over the next 2 months i want to win a grand final ( if i win today im in the grand final), want to gain a couple of inches in vert, grow a little, get a bit stronger and probably work on flexibility. also of course lots of work on skills, i wanna get my free throw % really high and get better at finishing at the rim
