Question weight vest or belt or neither?feed bac plz

wat do u folks think about weight vests and weight belts? i saw a weight vest for 40 at walmart it was a golds gym one! any reccommendations on a cheap good quality weight vest or built depending on which is better? wat do u think?

weight vests arent good for u. it messes up ur upper body. u should get a weight belt. its better like that.

weight vests DO NOT mess up your body. This is a myth started by JumpUSA to sell weight belts. The vertical jump homepage guys on their article about weight vests pointed out that many pro teams use weight vests with their million dollar athletes (not to mention firefighters, the military etc) and there is no way they would do anything to risk those guys.

I have a weight vest and use it for all sorts of stuff. It is awesome. I have a MIR Pro. A bit more pricey but great quality.
