Default am i need mass or it ok

i'm pf and sometimes more play C my tall is 6.56 and weight 215 pound is this good ?

Should be fine as long as your strong and have a BF of around 10% you should be alright although most people here are overly skinny.

kobe is 6'6 and 205,(not sure if this is 100% accurate) and hes pretty muscular
so you either have more fat than he does, or your more muscular.
if its more fat, then you need to exercise more, if its muscle
then your pretty set.

i think its fats but i think playing under the basket need more power than sg
i mean more aggressive am i wrong

no your right
you need to be more agressive
but at your hight, i think small forward would be better than power forward.
pf position might be too big for you.
heck if you work on your game and get some quickness and speed (oh and also lose the fat ^.^ ) then you should just stick with SG.
cause if your almost 6'6 and have quickness, athletisism, and a jumper, then youd be a beast

i'm 19 i think my handles not that good + my tall here is playing pf for sg i'd be tall cuz more sg is shorter than that which means more turnovers
will jogging help lose fats
