Default how to work on rebounding

did any of you guys know drills for rebounding, i have just come back from an injury on my hand that has stopped my basketball for aabout 3 months, so now i am pretty out of shape, rebounding has went down and i just feel sluggish, i am gonna start running but i need some rebounding drills and what is better sprinting or jogging

Theres alot of drills, tips, 1 handed tips, tips with medicine balls do these all off the backboard....

Jogging is for stamana, Sprinting helps to but one thing sprinting does that jogging dosnt as well is improve your vertical.

do circuit training, practice more on boxing-out and jumping quick rather than just jumping high

there's a drill like you have to shoot 10 shots in a row and a miss doesn't count if you get the rebound before it hits the ground. This might help you with rebounding and shooting also.

Search in youtube for nba fundamentals u will see dwight howard wish it helps u and try shoot and rebound before it hits ground

YouTube - NBA TNT Fundamentals with Dwight Howard on REBOUNDING

-Box out
-Go for every rebound
-Get stronger
-If you know you aren't able to get the rebound, slap it out of the players hand that does
