Default speed training?

hey im really slow and i wondering if there are sum good speed training ebooks out there?

I would use the same material in the vertical jump bible for speed training because nearly the same mechanics apply.

Train your glute hams and thigh muscles. Do squats at the gym and sprint for some time everyday.

If you are not strong enough, you cannot be fast. My advice to all young athletes is to hit the weights and build up your core and legs. Do not neglect movement efficiency drills and sprints. But for most, the answer is not to do a ton of plyos.
