Default A question

alrite i was just wondering, when vjb says you have to squat at least 1.5x your bodyweight..does it mean you can 1RM 1.5x your body weight, or do you have to be able to do a set with 1.5x your bodyweight

So shud be able to do 1.5x your bodyweight then start vJB or is it if can't do it then it proves that the person needs to do strength training?
