Carry on with weights; don't bother with AA3 as a program. If Wednesday is a 'light' day for weights, you can do your power and plyos before moving onto the weights.

Hi
I would recommend doing a total program that has weights and plyos such as athletic advantage (make sure you have 2 hours 3 days a week to do the workouts) or vjb or avr. Air alert can be dangerous to do because of the high reps it has you do.

do not do Air alert. Lift weights, if you don't have a plyometric workout for now, just play ball jump and run with your best.
