I have a very short and simple question...
Do Springsoles increase your vertical leap?!! Thanks in advance yall...

Yeah this is a thread already (many times lol)...but yeah, they will increase it to a degree...i play indoors and I have a pair in my AJ XIII's...I can feel the difference inside fine, but when I take it outside I can't jump for shit...something about the wood feels like it is rebounding more for the soles to work...but they work for me...easily 2" if not 3...

The only way you will truly know is if you buy them yourself, they work to some people, they don't work for some people, if they work for you then good but if they don't then that's your sign to work on your vert.

yeah i have one pair and i feel less fatigued quicker but vert wise for me i measured and i only gained 3/4''. but i have a naturally high vert at 26'' so that could be why i have no clue

try adidas bounce, you can jump 2-3 inches higher with them indoors
