depends on your fitness level (check the vertical jump tests in the book) and the type of jumper you are. I did the beggnr and bodyweight program cause gym equipments are not available
Hey I had the same position like yours in the past. I'd say do vjb! I only finished jumpsoles up to week 4 because I wasn't as fit as now. And I did the beginner and bodyweight routine in vjb
I thought I read on here that it was possible and possibly beneficial to do VJB with jumpsoles on?? the plyo exercises anyway
i think it was written there that you had to do the reps half if you were to use jumpsoles while doing vjb, but i didn't bother to try it anyway hahaha
