VJB or finish JumpSoles?
Hi, I'm a new member here and hope to develop my game as well as participate in the community.
I'd just like to ask what would be the wise thing to do :
I recently started JumpSoles and had just finished my 4th Week when I took a break for about 2-3 weeks.
Now, after obtaining VJB, I'm torn between finishing JS or starting with VJB. I didn't see much results from JS after 4 weeks... but maybe the effects will kick in for me later on?
What do you think?

Unless you are already intermediate in therms of training and strong as an ox, I'd say do VJB.

Since you have already taken a break, I say go straight into VJB

Re: VJB or finish JumpSoles?
Okay, I'll start immediately tomorrow. But which one should I do? Novice or complete Beginner?
And of the JS... I don't wanna waste the buy so what do you think I should do with it? (I don't wanna sell it. Yet.)

You can keep the JS if you really want. Wait until much later than use them for very short phases.
I don't have VJB but I from looking at people's journal I think that Novice is fine.

Re: VJB or finish JumpSoles?
Okay... But I got confused in the part of the book where I was supposed to pick my program.
I have a standing vertical leap of 32-37 inches (I tested earlier, first it was 32 then I waited awhile and it became 37? ) and it said I should do the Advanced workouts??? Should I do that or stick with Novice.
Sorry for not putting all this information earlier

32-37 standing vertical? This would imply that you already have decent relative strength. You must be already doing something in the way of weight training (or other external force stimulus) to get to this stage. Or you must do a lot of contact sport like rugby, american football and/or participate in track. What is your bodyweight and training experience?

Re: VJB or finish JumpSoles?
Okay, I made a very very stupid mistake
I didn't subtract my reach from my leap... only 19 inches. Haha, guess it's Novice lane for me. Thanks for sticking with me, man... sorry for my stupidity .

Re: VJB or finish JumpSoles?
Hey I had the same position like yours in the past. I'd say do vjb! I only finished jumpsoles up to week 4 because I wasn't as fit as now. And I did the beginner and bodyweight routine in vjb

Re: VJB or finish JumpSoles?
Plus, you're a Filipino like me.
So you think I should do the Beginner first before doing Novice?
*promises to start tomorrow with something*
