Why bother? Looking at your stats, it is a waste of time. Spend that time learning proper technique for the lifts especially the squat and deadlift. Get strong and carry on practising the skill of jumping. You'll make easy gains to start with (after you can squat with proper technique) as your squat numbers go up. If you decide to do AA after a while (for a few weeks only) then you 'll also be better protected against injury.

Re: VJB or Air Alert III?
A couple of questions about VJB:
1. Can i find any of the excersices on internet on a video or something because i dont really get em..
2. Can i do the strength and the plyo program at the same time? And do another strength program for my upper body to, at the sime time?

IT is MORE recommended that you READ the VJB first and then do it! It will save you a lot of questions about VJ training and this program!
