Default Re: VJB or Air Alert III?

read the stickies

actually just read through the forums before you go posting

your question has been answered countless times in the past:

http://www.streetballtalk.com/jump-t...t-end-all.html

http://www.streetballtalk.com/jump-t...-training.html

http://www.streetballtalk.com/jump-t...must-read.html

all i have to say is:

1.never do air alert, regardless of what others say, no matter which version it is, dont do it.
2.do vjb
3.you can acquire vjb, if you want to know how just e-mail me.

Why bother? Looking at your stats, it is a waste of time. Spend that time learning proper technique for the lifts especially the squat and deadlift. Get strong and carry on practising the skill of jumping. You'll make easy gains to start with (after you can squat with proper technique) as your squat numbers go up. If you decide to do AA after a while (for a few weeks only) then you 'll also be better protected against injury.

1. Yea, just google/youtube or use the descriptions in VJB.
2. Yea, it's recommended that you do.

IT is MORE recommended that you READ the VJB first and then do it! It will save you a lot of questions about VJ training and this program!
