i did up to week 8 of air alert and i think with another 4-5 inches i could grab rim so i started vjb bodyweight on wednesday do u think i could gain it with just bodyweight or would i need to do plyos as well

k it depends on who u are. if u havent done a lot of lifing and bodyweught exercises, then i think u gain that much, but u should be doing vjb plyos as well just so u get those extra inches faster.
