hey right now im doin the vertical jump bible novice plyo program, and the day after doin those my legs are never sore,,,should this be somthing i should worry about?

Novice plyos is relatively easy, I did the first two phases before I sprained my ankle. What I mean is intermediate plyos is a lot harder, it says that you can not do any weights program with it because it's very intense and takes usually more days to recover.

Very True...also, your legs aren't supposed to be sore b/c that isn't the point of plyos...its a cns thing that is a lot less stressing than weightlifting...You not being sore is a good thing, even though you will still have to take time to recover...

No, it doesn't say that. It says not to combine it with another intermediate program, since all of them have plyos already. VJB suggests doing intermediate plyos with novice weights.
