Default shooting from exercises?

what are some good exercises you can do to keep your shooting from good even when your from deep, like is that you shoulders that halp or what?

Its more about your triceps than any other muscle

Nah, if you are farther from the basket, you need more leg power.

its legs first. i always teach my players your arm's are just the gunsight you legs are the trigger.

you shouldn't really have to put in that much more effort from further providing you keep the same technique but use more leg power. having said that it varies from player to player and i can't really suggest anymore without anything more to go off

its mostly leg power, shooting from anywhere, id say shots closer up and in the air are more arm strength

Ya you are right that you need leg power in the Lower Body. I was talking about whats the most important muscle in the Upper Body.
