Default The Vertical Project Really Good?

Hi, im new here. I was doing some research on guides and exercises on how to jump higher and ran into the vertical project. I a review on the vertical project at http://howtojumphigherfast.com/luke-lowerey-vertical-project but honestly do not know if its as good as people claim.

I figured th best way to ask was to find people who have used it. So if anyone has used it or heard good things about it I would love to hear. Thanks

I would vote for "NO". It's not really that good. I didn't try it but I read it.

I haven't tried it but for that much money you should really consider and give it a second thought. It's way too expensive if you ask me. The bottom line is you still gonna have to work either way. So I tell you right now to jump rope for 50 days for 30 miniutes a day you will gain inches for sure. It's not a secret, it's practicing.

But if you really really can afford that then go for it.

I have the tvp as well it has too much information and its a bit complicated. So just get vjb its full of info too yet simpler and it is cheaper but is very effective because you can customize your workouts!

What kind of nonsense advice is that? jump rope for 30 minutes a day?? What have you been reading? You will not gain inches "for sure" you might get a little more explosive and get some muscle endurance, but that's ridiculous...search the forums

Ya your right it wont really help in your vertical jump it better for your endurance not your explosiveness.

Well, I have. Don't talk about something you haven't tried. I've been jump roping a lot and I gained inches. And I know some other guys who also did.

First try it, do variations of that (switching legs and all that) and then post again.
