You want your CNS to be 100% recovered for plyos, for weights that's not as important. You might lift a little less weight but the effect from plyos will be much better and will benefit you more.
Also, plyos won't affect your CNS as much, as you shouldn't be that fatigued from them. Weights have a much bigger effect on it.
