What phase did you start off with? Have you had vertical leap training before? Did you also do the weight program?

depends on the type of pain. what did you do? plyos or weights?

if you did weights, you prolly just have muscle soreness from working your lower back muscles really the first time in your life. thats normal, even though its not good. you should start thinking about post-workout nutrition.

if you did plyos, you probably strained something. re-organize your dynamic warm-up.

in either way, stretch your lower back, a lot. for stretches see www.exrx.net or www.bodybuilding.com

No I have not ever done plyos or weights. All I did were the beginner plyos, I don't know what I did wrong, but will this be bad for me in the future?

so you did the beginner plyos? ok that changes the point of view of course.

as i said stretch the shit out of your lower back. then try to get your hands on a foam roller (10$ in all stores as far as i know) and start doing myofascial self-release on your lower back. if nothing help go see a chiropracticor, becuase you may have injured your lumbar region.

if its away in a couple of days without seeing the doc, re-organize your dynamic warm-up routine and static stretch 4-6 hours after you plyo workout.
