I currently jump rope everyday, every other day I use my weighted vest. I've felt results. I'm about 5-9, 5-10 and can dunk a nerf (sp.?) ball. What do you think about jump roping?
W/O the weighted vest I do 500
W/ the weighted vest 300, but I do half with both legs then 1/4 with each leg (500: 250 normal both legs, 125 on each leg separately)
