ok lets start off wit the shootin program...heres wat i got rite now, tell me how i can make it better ok? i got this program from john6919 btw and wen it says 20 shots it means i gotta MAKE 20 shots and not jus shoot 20 shots;
30 Form Shooting Shots (3 Feet away then back up another 3 feet and do it again)
15 FREE THROWS
20 SHOTS without dribble
10 FREE THROWS
20 SHOTS dribble ONCE, shoot
10 FREE THROWS

yea, that shooting program looks great
You may also want to consider working with a partner, or having a double team guard you whilst you're trying to put up shots, make them start off easy then as you get better, slowly get them to rev up the intensity.
don't forget 3's

yea ill add the 3pointers at the end that way ill get used to makin them wen im tired, ok now i gotta make a handles program, if anyone has suggestions jus post them here, or if u kno any useful drills that u use

ok rite now all i got is skips and bc's handles program, ima do both but without the weights on the hands, i ehard it aint good for u, does anyone kno for sure? also post wat are the drills u do to improve ure handles

try looking at the BB dribbling video they have great drills 115 and the catoragize them as well

ok and i was watchin this MJ dvd and i was watchin his jumper and i realizsed sumthin, hes got real good balance, i mean wen he shoots it looks like his whole body is floatin up.... how can i increase my balance?

Do VJB bodyweight  It says that it increases balance.
Goals: Improve general leg strength, balance, and coordination

k ,any other stuff to increase full body balance? and also wats a good warm up/stretching routine, cuz i got injured for at least 2 weeks and i dont want it to happen again
