Yeah its my 3rd day so far of adenotrex, and done one weights sessions of squats and deadlift variations then upperbody stuff,,so ill keep yall updated..

also got my jumpsoles from last year + proprioreceptors if anyone wants to buy in the uk because it costs like 30 quid to send back to USA!

Ok I'm still sceptical but today I had 3 capsules half hour before my weights session and in the middle of it i felt a pump i havent felt beofre..all the veins in my forearm were popping out like crazy! They normally do anyway but this was even more..and my biceps vein..also lifted like 3 times more than my last sessions, though ive been on holiday before that for 7weeks
