Unhappy wierd little pain in right knee!!??

im doing aa3 as of now. sometimes i notice after doing aa3 or after playing ball. i sometimes have a small pain when i press on a certain spot on my knee cap. around the side of the knee cap. it only hurt when i put a bit of pressure on it. it only happened today on 1 knee. is this a sign of any injury or are my knees just tired? thanks

Its tendonitis. So yes, your knees are tired. Stretch your quads and ice twice a day for a week then start your program again. Dont let this be an issue again though because you cant have this shit affect you during your season because you'll start to miss practices and what not

thanks im stretching every 10 mins and icing every few hours. i will stop until this little pain is gone. my right leg feels unstretched (one with the little pain) and left leg is normal. improper stretching i guess

You should stop aa3 now. Thats how i had my knee problems. It first started with a lil pain in the left knee around the 8th or 9th week but i decided to keep going until week 14 and thats when i realised i had major knee pains. And now, about 6 months later, i can still feel the pain even though its not as bad. You should stop it now man. Trust me your knee pain will become worse in the following weeks because the intensity gets bigger and bigger

Classic example of how AA f's up your knees

I was on AA for a total of maybe 6 - 7 weeks, had knee tendonitis for months after that. The risk vs reward is high as hell with AA.

Yeah it is serious man. Why would i just joke around to make you stop doing it?? And even if you strech and ice, it wont change the stress that you put on your knees by doing 300 burnouts, 30 squats and something like 40 leapups. And by the way the exercice that caused the most pressure on my knee were the squats jump too

If i was you, id take it as a warning sign and indicator of what aa is gonna end up doing to you, youve alrdy got your gains, take them and lose the risk of fkn up ur knees, Id also start doing some pistol squats , atg squats to start strengthening your VMO and your knees as a whole.

Air Alert , I really messed my knee up doing that program, tore my miniscus and had to have micro fracture surgery.

4 years later, my knee still bothers me. Do yourself a favor and leave AA alone!
