yeah man. i subscribed to nike.com. thyre gonna make new exercuises so u can get faster and stuff.

The stuff are nice but I think they're overpriced.
The designs are better looking but you can get other options.

For example: the Sparq vest - You can get the Xvest instead.
The Xvest still costs money but I would rather get it since it's still cheaper or cheaper in the long run (check out the price of the weights)

The hurdle, and the ladder, you can probably just make your own improvised version. Same goes for the speed box.

The Parachute, I haven't researched yet but there might be other alternatives.
Personally though, I don't think I have use for it right now.
And I think it's kinda hard to use (i.e. place to use it in)

If you look at the video, the instructor is even saying that you can make your own versions of the products that they are using/selling.

Anyways, if you got money to burn, I think they can do help you.
