Default A few questions

Question 1 - when do u take breaks during VJB? do u take breaks on novice pylometrics or just the weight training programs?

Question #2- For exercises like the side to side box jump it says one rep is each
ground contract. Does that mean everytime u touch the ground or
one time back and forth?

Question #3- Any idea how much is gainable from just doing novice pylos? Ive
done very little pylo in the past ( probably like 1 month of training)
and little strength training on my legs but i play ball quiet a bit. I
currently have like a 25 inch vertical.

PS: reason why im only doing pylos is because school is hard.

1:u take a break
2:everytime u touch the ground. over and back would count as 2 reps
3:everyones different. i might get 5 inches while u might get 10

depends whether u meant alternating lunge jumps, or just alternating lunges. Generally alternating means changing every rep, so if its a alternating lunge jump u do lunge jumps but whilst in midair switch your legs so that your trail leg in the previous repetition is now your lead leg. Also when it says Lunge jump in VJB, i usually just do it but focusing on 1 leg for the desired amount of reps, no alternating in legs etc.
