Default Question on VJB

Okay I have a 36-37" vertical. Mostly Natural. I am already lifting weights. Upper Body monday and thursday. Lower body Tuesday and Friday. I was wondering if I should do the advanced full program and advanced plyometrics on tuesdays and fridays? Or should I just do the advanced plyometrics? I am thinking about adding the advanced full program along with my program already and adding the plyometrics.. Is that two much?

only do I program from vjb at 1 time that have the same thing like dont do 2 programs if both programs have plyos
you can do 2 programs if 1 is only plyo's and 1 is only weights but not 1 that is weights and plyo's and 1 that is plyo

Understand

remember, rest is just as, if not more important that vert training itself. just coz you do 5 programs it doesnt mean you'll gain 5 times as much, most likely you'll just hurt yourself.

Just do intermediate weights+intermediate plyo's first (yes, you can do them at the same time), then move on to advanced later. Just my recommendation.

And if you're already doing a program, then dont do vjb til you finish it, or f you wanna move to vjb then stop your current program.

wtf? u can do 2 program at a time, the best thing is to cut out the leg weights u are doing atm and do vjb weights and advanced plyos together.

Okay I will do the intermediate weights and plyos. See the program I am already doing is not for vertical. More for upper body strength. And intermediate weights have most of the same exercises I will be doing anyway for my legs.. So I will mix both the weights..
