Default Jumpsoles Explosive Results!!

Hey as I said I would start jumpsoles but on week 3 since I started it right after my season and I just finished week 4 yesterday. So only two weeks (4 workouts) and I have way better gains than I thought. I went from a 24'' vertical to a 27'' in two short weeks. I never expected this but expect at least 3 more inches out of the program. I believe it worked for me cuz it brought up my lagging calves and strengthened my achilles definately! I will post after 4 more weeks after a week of rest and give you my final results

You're talking about the TVP exercise or the jumpsoles program?

Sorry for the long response but yes it was jumpsoles not superhops...i tried those and i felt an injury coming in about 5 minutes. I have the real jumpsoles not the make your own. The only previous training I have done is lift weights for about two years but that was mainly upper body. My leg training consists of usually plyos, weights, stretching and rest. Each are equally important if you want good results and I recommend them to anyone who is a beginner or needs to bring up thier laggin' lower leg muscles which provide the initial lift in the jump.

Lower leg. Don't you mean the final lift/thrust?

I did not use the procepitors they cost extra lol but my strength coach said they are for people who have weak balance (like can't stand on one leg very long) and add maybe only 2-3'' so I take them as a last measure like if I stop making gains then a would use them but I'm only half way through the program and have gained 3'' ...but buy them if u want
