Default Anybody hear bout this vert program?

the dude in this video is pretty short, and he can do some pretty sick dunks. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gocFB1qIFSg

anyway, he has his own vert program. anybody ever hear about it or use it??

No. But honestly, I cannot imagine that it offers anything new over and above programs like VJB. Guys, you don't necessarily need the newest program to make gains.

yeah man. but its still good to know about the other vert programs

nice, i went to the guys site. i cant see it being better than any other programs. there training is a rip and they only offer 1 workout and 2 workouts a week. it says he has had 10 years experience with plyometric training, with half that time i think most people could train there vert to 46 inches
