Re: vjb results?
I'm on week five of VJB and I haven't really noticed any increase in my vertical yet...
Can someone who has finished VJB tell us approximately how much you gained?

What is your original vertical and what program are you doing (plyo or weight training)?

Re: vjb results?
let me work this out.. im almost finished my 48th week of VJB programs, 4 weeks left til i finished my 4th program. I dunno wether ill do advanced, i might do something else, or i might complete it. Ive done pretty much all the weight programs so far (novice, All intermediates) still on my last intermediate, i havent done the time efficiency workout, bodyweight program, or intermediate-advanced plyos, i did novice plyos tho.
anyways, after i take my weeks rest in about 6 weeks, im hoping for about a 42-44 inch running vert of my right, high 30s possibly 40 on the dot for 2 legged, 37-38 for left legged running and 36 inch standing.
My current PR's are 40 inch right leg, 36-37 inch 2 leg, 34 inch left leg, 32 inch standing.

Nice one CurtiS. You should practice dunks now just to get the right level of body control.
