Question Nate Robinson Exercises?

Does anybody know what kind of exercises did Nate does until he got 43.5 vertical jump?

Nate has a 35 inch natural vert(or so ivve heard) so by way of good maths he only developed his vert 8.5inches,which isnt much in comparison to some people with average natural verts who developed theirs to these extremes.
most people with vert over 40 would of already had a very good natural vert

He's a two foot jumper, and if you look at his legs, they look really strong. I'm assuming he mostly just lifted weights.

Nate could dunk volleyballs in 8th grade, obviously before he started lifting weights. He is a natural jumper. As is almost every other great NBA jumper. Allen Iverson said he has never once touched a squat rack in his life, and his running vert was in the 40's when he first came into the league.

But he also did track and football in highschool where im sure he did a lot of weight training.

No,but there was a picture of Ganon Baker with ai, which is on the tvp site because baker did a testimonial for tvp.

I really doubt luke trains pros. Defranco is not shy about saying his clients.
