Default am i ready for the tvp

hi i am hoping to start the tvp in 3 weeks. i would like to know if im ready for it. my status is below
15yr old 5-10 150lbs.
25 inch vertical leap
28 running of 2 feet
30 inch running of 1 leg
i can squat 5 reps of 185
deadlift 3reps of 150lbs
my calfs are descent
i have completed some vjb and jsole workouts
So i am going to wait 3 weeks to get ankle strenth and foot strenth by using proprioceptors and increase my flexibilty. i think i am ready for the vertical project. i am going to follow the majority of the window plan. i am going to mfollow most of his guidlines such as wearing jsoles everyday.

goal: 12 inches in 15 week tvp program.

IMO, you're up for tvp. i've never done it myself, but reading through, your stats seem reasonable.

as for your goal, thats the only thing that i find a problem in. I dont wanna put you down or anything, but remember not to set something too high, coz the higher the expecation, the greater the disappointment when you dont get it, but set something thats not too low aswell..

12" in 15 weeks seems unreasonable for me, especially having a 25" vert and a 30" running. be happy if you gain 4-6inches! thats all i can say.

i would say do vjb again, but with weights as well. because ur standing vert is only 25 inches. u wanna be able to squat 1.5 times your bodyweight too.

You're either doing the deadlift wrong, or you have major imbalances.
