The same way you do a standing vert. Just take a running start and slap at your peak.

yea jus run, slap the wall (reach as high as u can) and measure how high it is, then measure ure standing reach and substract the height of wer u slapped the wall minus ure standing reach...yea im pretty sure thats it

its harder, coz u can hit the wall so ppl dont normally get their highest. try it on the backboard.
