Default IS this enough?

i want to gain 5 inches off of VJB beginner plyos and VJB bodyweight. i will be doing them on the same day. i want the 5 inches(or more) by summer. will this be enough?

Depends on your body build, how explosive you work, rest, nutrition and etc. But you could probably gain 5inches, and some more after you rest for a month.

well everyones different. if u have a pretty low vert, then it will be easier. either way, it seems reasonable.

well my vert is pretty good, i can almost dunk a tennis ball, im 5'10''. my body fat is somewhere between 5-8%, i get about 8-9 hours of sleep a night. i want to be able to almost dunk a basketball by the beginning of freshman year next fall. after every workout i have some scrambled eggs or some sort of meat.
my body build is pretty muscular with long arms and big hands with long fingers. i also have big feet(size 13) and ankles, and the doc says ill be 6'4''-6'5''

Again, it depends. I did those with a previously injured ankle and I got only 3.5 - 4 inches.
