well my vert is pretty good, i can almost dunk a tennis ball, im 5'10''. my body fat is somewhere between 5-8%, i get about 8-9 hours of sleep a night. i want to be able to almost dunk a basketball by the beginning of freshman year next fall. after every workout i have some scrambled eggs or some sort of meat.
my body build is pretty muscular with long arms and big hands with long fingers. i also have big feet(size 13) and ankles, and the doc says ill be 6'4''-6'5''
