Default Train Explosivness! how?

Hey there, I got some programs like VJB and AA2-3 but I have no idea how to train to become more explosive, It feels like my legs are heavy and like I have 0 energy in them :/ And no im not overtrained or anything. I am like 3 inches away from touching the rim so my vert aint that good.

Thanks

Yea plyos help. But also, sometimes you feel your legs are heavy maybe just because they are tired or sore. So remember to rest after you work out.

In order to gain true explosiveness (speed and vertical) you must train your posterior chain. That is the back side of your body. Calves, hamstrings, glutes, and lower back especially. The best way to do that is with squat variations and deadlift variations. After you build up some strength, then do plyos.

I done plyometrics for once, and I feel the explosiveness. But there's not much strength in my legs. Plyo are definitely for explosiveness. After you finish training you should feel very light.

Train fast and with 100% effort the kind you give when running short sprints remember better to have 10 full out jumps then 20 weak ones
