now im know expert but i am a 1 leg jumper (i couldent jump high with 2 legs to save my life)
anyway thear is a ton of times that i wish i could jump better of 2 legs because it would make whatever im doing a lot easyer

so i would try to work on your 2 leg jumping

both are effective at different times. when you are going up for a layup, jumping off of one leg would be better, but if you have it down low, jumping off of two legs would be better.

definately 2 feet since it does not require much momentum for standing jump, also it based more on strength which C/PF need

cant agreee more, if you can already jump equally high with both legs, continue working on both!

why emphasise one if you can go both? =]

2 leg is better because to take rebounds or shoot in the post over a defender. 1 is good only if you have a run up start. But since you are center and pf, you play down low so you dont have a run up start

two legged jumping is usually a bit easier coz all it requires is a good strength base, and technique.

one legged requires quite a bit of plyos..
