I haven't tried it but some unbiased reviews say its a decent program but can't compete for the top 3 other vert programs...(VJB Jump Experts TVP) it would work if ur a beginner to plyos and have a very low reactive strength base and that's why they say 8-14 cuz beginners scored that if i did that it would probably only take my 26'' to maybe a 30'' if i'm lucky so if u a beginner go for it if not dont spend the $ but i would say to do the VJB

i think i uploaded this on streetballeboks

havent gone through it though, but ive seen the reviews

like skyhigh said,it should work if you have very little or no jump training experience.

should be good for begginers to start off on,before advandcing to a higher level program like vjb

imo programs for raw begginers are;gmv, power plyos and avr

like the name of the product states it's a plyo based program. And I saw this program (i think it was Microsoft word document) and it seems like an amateur created it. So, not all that good but if you're going to do the vjb plyo then it might deliver the same results.
