Here you go. I just copied this from TVS. CurtiS did the arithmetic average calculation not too long ago; maybe the sample size was a little smaller than 26. Not sure what the average combined vertical of all members would be though. I'm not necessarily saying that the average of 60+ is representative of everyone. is the squatdr, tha dr squat guy who squatted lyk 1000 and sumtin pounds?
my combined vert is about 56 lol

No it's someone else. But squatDr has some excellent lifting numbers. This is what he has said about his squats:

just checked my runnin two foot and one legged jumps.

two foot runnin: 29 - 30 inches
one foot runnin: 35 - 36 inches

i havent been able to measure my standing vert but i think its around 27 - 28. also i think i may be able to pump up my two legged runnin jump if i work on technique.

with technique if i jump off my left normally but on a two foot jump my right foots foward should i teach myself to switch the lead?

I don't think it matters too much which foot you plant first. Do what is most natural in order to brake. Your one legged jump is good but your two foot one could easily be better with practice. Out of interest, what are your strength levels like?

no you should have your stronger leg planted first it helps with first step quickness like when spriniting.

Well, I suppose that's conventional wisdom. In most cases, that means left-right plant for a right hander doing a bilateral jump. We've talked quite a bit about it at TVS. However, when it comes down to it, you'll notice good bilateral jumpers / dunkers with both left-right and right-left plants. What is apparent though is that the two feet plant very quickly and close in time together. I think that you are better off focusing on this 'quick feet' plant. Then, focus on descending quickly and then exploding upwards.

yeh so basically tryin to get my two legged technique right and i havent been able to test my legs that much but i know i can leg press ova 90 kilos.

Leg press is not that great an indicator of functional leg strength. So far, I have only used it but only for relatively high reps (10-15) to warm-up and warm-down, above 300lbs. That's full range of motion too, with my knees coming nigh up to my chin. I'm still building my squat figures back up (I am taking short break at the moment) and my estimated 1RM is only around 300lbs.
