Interestingly, CurtiS has been collating a list of combined vertical numbers i.e. standing vert plus running vert. The list is fairly small at the moment. The average figure is around mid to high 60's I believe, so not too bad. There are quite a number of people who have yet to contribute but who supposedly have a best running vert in excess of 40'.
Personally, I am below the average with a last measured SV of 30' and running vert of 32', although current vert is likely to be a little better that that now. It is not good at the moment but I'm still only bringing up my foundation strength to where it was like 15 years ago; I have not really been doing any seriously intense plyometric or RFD work. I started training again about 6 months ago after wasting away at a desk job for 10 or so years. Back in my teenage years, I had around mid-high 30s SV and a 40' RV, maybe a little higher. Basketball was not my main sport though then, but track and rugby were. In terms of training, I know a few things and am happy to help if I can

I'm trying to regain lost athleticism and get in shape for recreational basketball and soccer and it is early days for me still.
