no you can do them even in the same day, both tax your cns pretty bad so its good to do them on the same day and rest the next so you have 48 hours of recovery for your cns which is the time needed for it to fully recover. DO plyos first because sprinting and plyos work your cns the most. A really good track coach told me this.

guys do the programs on the days they are assigned if you do the system the wrong way it will mess up tyour recovery.

remember this is no regular system this is a system that need to be followed correctly.

I've been checking. It says you want to complete the workout quickly, but the individual reps, do I try to do the squats as quickly (ie explode upwards very fast) too?
