guys i dont reccomend my 2 legged ebook yet because its still in rough draft version. And the speed training ebook is the one legged vertical program. I will make an upperbody one.

I reccomend any basketball player todo my single leg one.

the speed one is 1 legged strength/plyos, because when you run ( or do a 1 legged jump), you are only using the strength of 1 leg at a time. The speed one is a vertical jump enhancement system too because it also will increase your vertical jump.
