Arnolds Bicep Workout
Arnold had huge mount everest peaked biceps which every1 greatly admired. How he developed them i will u tell u now.Early in his career arnold schwarzenegger did 20-25 total sets for his biceps during each workout, but towards the end of his competitve career he did only a little more than half that number. This was becoz he cud train with more intensity and he also didnt want 2 exaggarate his biceps and throw off overall proportions. Late in his career, arnold preferred 2 do 3 exercises with 4 sets of 10 reps on each movement. this would be barbell curls, concentration curls and alternate dumbell curls. he would use the stripping method for barbell and dumbell curls. This consisted of 3 sets within each set, done with a quik weight reduction between them. in other words he wud do several reps with a heavy barbell then have sum plates stripped off while he took a short rest-pause. immediately after the plates were off he wud do a few more reps, strip off more plates and finally force out a last few very hard reps
