Vertical Jump Training without weights
Hi, I was wondering if anyone had an suggestion for vj training without weights? I only have 2.5 lb ankle weights but I heard they were pretty bad for your ankles. I am naturally a high jumper, never done any training and im just getting back into bball and I can almost touch the rim ( few inches off ) I'm about 5'10
so ur vert would be lyk 28 or sumtin? thats pretty good, u could do vjb because it has a bodyweight option

u can do vjb along with the plyo program. things like single leg squats are pretty good too, i dont know if those are included in the bodyweight program from vjb
yeah they are, u do single leg ski squats and single leg box squats in phase 3

VJB plyos and bodyweight for some good gains that should get u dunkin dont expect to be hangin u elbow in the ring like vince carter the next mornin eitha aiight.
