Default hip flexor stretch

hey guys, im just wondering is this the same stretch that can get u an inch in vert instantly? i wasnt sure how to do it but now i found this so is it right? thanks.

duno, i havent tested, plus my legs are sore from yesterday but i probably gained an inch i duno. try it yourself, it takes a min

u do it like a regular PNF stretch right? (20-30sec holds)

If you do it 3 reps 20 sec each leg then you'll gain immediately 1 inch? If i do it 1 week then i gain 7 inch Lol

the gains are temporarily, you will have to do them every workout to maintain the gain.

this stretch is used to wake up the hip flexors and help with warmup. there is also a stretch your suppose to do after this one to deactivate the hip flexors.

Do not do this before a game because it can decrease your jumping endurance.

you will not keep gaining inches with it.

The main reason for stretching the hip flexors is because they create resistance when you jump. and therefore the less friction your hip flexors provide during the jump, the higher youll jump.

From personal experience i always include this in my dynamic warmup for squats or before doing maximal jumps, definately helps.
