I have a 25 inch running vertical and with those calculations I need 20 more inches to dunk(45 inch vertical).

7'9" standing reach, which is 93 inches, a 35 inch running vert puts me at 128. So I should be able to dunk with one more inch? I dunno I honestly don't feel like I'm that close, a running vert and a running vert holding a ball are two very different things unless you can palm it very well.

Uve got one more inch reach than me! So in my eyes id be about 5 inches above the rim from a running vert if I had your vert so maybe its just down to technique to get you dunking? Try practising it witha ball for purely 20mins+ u could see a difference nect time you go to play.

well, i can already dunk but only after a weeks rest from the gym and after warming up.

but my main goal is to be able to dunk cleanly whilst im doing weights, atm the highest i can 2 hand dunk cleanly on is 9'9-9'10 with my right leg, 9'8 with 2 legs and 9'6~ with my left leg. So after this program i shud be able to dunk ne form or fashion and hopefully do some double pumps, windmills, 360s etc.
