hes got pretty good handles, doesnt make him a good basketball player tho and it doesnt mean he can do streetball moves so i duno y he would be getting anywhere if he cant do other things except dribble...

The kid obviously played ball i doubt that all he did was just handles that was probably just his best catergorie plus if u have handles like that u will get to the rim nearly at will so if he played ball hard aswell he must be pretty good now.
