as lakerz said, dot drills are really good for improving speed and agility, You really want to get faster tho? i reccomend sticking to a program with alot of excercises for rfd/reactive strength etc to make you plyometric efficient. Im naturally a sprinter but just by doing a few programs as you may alrdy know ive dropped 1 second on my 100m time and put 30cm on my high jump and i dont even train them, just once a year things.

Btw a.j in australia the black guys wont always jump as good because bball isnt as much a sociable thing here as in the u.s coz alot of the blacks in america are brought up from a young age playin bbal with crazy bodyfat percentage and great fast twitch-slow twitch ratios. And not to mention crazy genetics from there parents who were brought up on bbal as well.
