6 pack
I've got my exams coming up, so I can't play ball for sometime.
So I decided to build up over the next coupla months.
I am working toward a 6 pack, but any tips on how to get it?
Right now, i'm 176 cm and about 65 kiolgrams.
my plan or rather expectation is to do what it takes to get a 6 pack in a month, even if I have to literally kill myself. Is 1 month possible?

Re: 6 pack
Getting a 6 pack has nothing to do with crunches and sit ups. It's all about body fat. If you have your body fat down to about 10%-13% you should probably see your abs when you flex, 8%-below, you should see them without flexing. So you should find out what your body fat is. If your body fat is too high, you should clean up your diet, and use cardio[not needed though]

Re: 6 pack
Yea, I heard someone said everyone has 6 pack in their belly already, it's just that the bodyfat covers it so you can't see it. But I think crounches help, I did them before I sleep to save time. Do you have the p90x abs and core exercises? They said the exercises are very hard but worth doing.

Re: 6 pack
its not true that the only thing it takes to get a six pack is to be skinny otherwise every skinny guy that never even worked out would look like calvin klein models. Abs are muscles you need to train them to have a good mid section. I would suggest you get a 6 pound medicne ball and look up some exercises for them on youtube. Using a medicine ball is a great way to work your abs you can find a ton of exercise with them online.

Re: 6 pack
I never said anything about being skinny, you need to be lean. theres a difference. So if you have a reasonable amount of muscle on you and you lose body fat, you are become leaner not skinnier. This is a pretty good online caculater, it's not going to be amazingly accurate but its ok http://www.linear-software.com/online.html

You said having a 6 pack is all about body fat percentage, and has nothing to do with sit ups and crunches. Thats not true at all There are a ton of people out there with very low body fat % and you cant even see their abs. If you want to have good abs doing cardio and eating healthy is not going to do it, you need to build your ab muscles as well.
